Through innovative programming, MCRC has been successfully providing a variety of employment, training, education, and support services; specializing in assisting low-income populations including people with disabilities, refugees and immigrants, people receiving public assistance, and people facing multiple barriers to economic self-sufficiency. Our services are as diverse as the people we serve... *Adult Basic Education Services including GED preparation, ESL/ESOL programs, computer literacy services. *Training and Employment Services including job posting services, job readiness programs, career-specific training, job safety training, job fair hosting, job retention and advancement support. *Resource Referral/Community Partnerships including community information services, employer-specific training programs, college transition services, technology access services. *Support Services including community service opportunities, computers available for public use, telephone, faxing and photocopying services for the general public. *Grant/Contract-Specific Projects including state contracted job readiness programming for people with language/cultural barriers, various grant-funded youth serving projects, mentoring projects, Lead Abatement Worker training.
