RevPay is a web-based, outbound collections messaging engine. As a new RevPay user, our team will help you write and record your own custom e-mail and voice messaging, and work with you to build a library of reusable 90-day communication plans. Automating collection calls to guarantors using RevPay is a snap. Simply export A/R from your payment management system to a spreadsheet file; log in to your RevPay account; and click "upload" to import files to our system. After an A/R upload, you just apply a campaign to these accounts to tell RevPay which communication plan to follow, and the system will send e-mails and phone calls to guarantors according the schedule you’ve specified, using the messaging you’ve written and recorded.
