Circular Economy Victoria (CEV) is an incorporated not-for-profit association and a registered charity. Our vision is to help create a safe and just World, where everyone can thrive in balance with the planet, enabled by a circular economy. We work towards this vision by catalysing and scaling systemic transitions towards a more circular economy by empowering every Victorian to: LEARN - Experience their life through a circular lens COLLABORATE - Activate their local circular ecosystems ACT - Develop their own journey to circularity The transition to a circular economy requires systemic transitions of our global provisioning systems. To help facilitate these systemic changes, CEV focuses on the individual as our agent of change. An individual is anyone and everyone. They are young graduates, stay-at-home parents, senior executives, consumers, students, members of parliament, and more. CEV works to provide engagement opportunities through online content, events, programs and platforms to take individuals on a self defined journey towards the circular economy. Our goal is to empower individuals to use circular economy principles within their spheres of influence in order to realise the full potential of the circular economy. CEV's 5 key objectives: 1. Promote a systems thinking narrative for the circular economy in Australia 2. Upskill Victorians in preparation for a more circular economy 3. Catalyse highly collaborative circular ecosystems across Victoria 4. Empower systems transformation through distributive local action 5. Advocate for the circular economy through a community voice Join us at www.cev.org.au!
