Dimensions Direct Primary Care was founded by Internist Dr. Sheila Mehra Chen and is located in Fairfax, VA. At Dimensions Direct, we provide quality, personalized primary care. Our patients trust us to look out for their physical and emotional wellness and we do not take that lightly. As a result, we have adopted a Direct Access model of care. Through this model, for a set monthly fee, we take care of all of our patients' primary care needs. We have made a conscious decision to opt out of commercial insurance to allow us flexibility in patient care, treating patients via telemedicine, through our patient portal or in person. For Dr. Chen, medicine is not only a career, but a passion. She strives to be the kind of physician her patient's can feel comfortable talking to, and gives them the time to do so.
