Ro-Tel Facilities Management was created in 2011, its directors having previously worked in this sector both in mainland Europe and the UK. From its head office in West Sussex, Ro-Tel now employs more than 35 field engineers in England and Scotland and boasts among its clients; the Royal Mail, Romec FM, Camelot Lotteries and the BBC to name but a few. Ro-Tel offers a wide and varied number of services to its clients, such as; the installation of the sorting office operation at London’s biggest Royal Mail delivery office at Mount Pleasant following a major refurb. This was a three month contract – on two football pitch sized levels – that required them build and install all the necessary equipment that you would expect to find in an operation that serves the whole of central London; A national Roll-Out project to install Camelot Lottery scratch card counter units and LCU display screens to several thousand retailers in England and Scotland; Fitting security door bars for Sainsbury supermarkets; Data cabling and upgrading of counter terminals for Post Office Counters. In addition to this Ro-Tel provide car park maintenance, i.e. lamppost, signage and crash barrier installations, general maintenance of commercial premises including installation of partition walls and false ceilings. In fact, Ro-Tel can meet all of the requirements of any business with regard to the general upkeep of their commercial premises to allow companies to concentrate on what they do best.
