Our School's History... Now in our eighth year, Trinity Academy started in response to a reality that every child does not have equal access to quality educational opportunities. At the same time, there was unused space connected to the Trinity Episcopal Church in the Asylum Hill neighborhood of Hartford. This was an exciting intersection of need and opportunity. Trinity Episcopal Church has a long history of supporting educational programs in the community. In 2012, the church very generously made space and other resources available to enable the creation of a new school. Generous donors stepped forward to provide seed money to launch the school. Area educators participated in designing the school’s educational program. Dedicated teachers made the program a reality. Currently, we are an elementary school with 1st through 4th grades.
