Our foundations are built on a passion for regeneration and orchard planting. Producing great tasting fruit right on our doorstep for generations to come. Our craft ciders and created following traditional methods using modern equipment, with no artificial flavours or additives. We don’t use any animal products in our production process, so all of our ciders are vegan friendly as well as gluten free. We always use 100% single pressed British apples, many of which come from Dorset’s long forgotten traditional trees, including those in our own orchards, combined with a champagne yeast to produce premium tasting cider.
