This Hello Student approach – combined with the smaller size and individual character of our buildings - helps to build a strong sense of community, encouraging students to stay with us in future years. In short, we offer our students, “homes, not halls”. We’ve over 80 purpose built student accommodation buildings, located in 28 cities in the UK. Over 8,000 students live with us and this is growing as we expand in 2022 and beyond. Our buildings are in exceptional locations, often with great character and individuality. We choose sites close to the universities and amenities of the cities in which they’re located.
