Square 10 Source was incorporated in 2016, with the goal of being the best Division 10 company in the Tampa Bay area. The four founding partners came from different backgrounds, but each brought strengths and knowledge that have been invaluable in the molding of this new company. Thanks to success in the estimating department and to a good economy, Square 10 Source was able to grow the company to 10 employees in the first 18 months. The focus of Square 10 Source is hospital work because our field installation team excels at wall protection, crash rail, hand rail, locker, toilet partitions and toilet accessories. These materials are the foundation of the Division 10 scope at a multi-story hospital renovation. There are less than a handful of Division 10 contractors in the Tampa Bay area that can successfully handle million-dollar specialty contracts. Square 10 Source also seeks work in hotels, universities, schools, condos, apartments and assisted living facilities. Basically, Square 10 Source seeks all commercial work from small renovations to multi-story hospital additions. Currently our geographic focus is in the following counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco and Polk. We are a great asset to have on any construction project.
