With the nature of work changing at a rapid pace, the need for collaboration between science and society grows with it. The Future of Work Hub is an interdisciplinary group of scientists from Utrecht University motivated to help guide the transitions that come with innovation, digitalization, and globalization. We believe that society as whole stands to gain a great deal from these changes, but at the same time they might fuel divides (by gender, age, social class or ethnic background) in which some will benefit more than others. Together with our network of organisations, policy makers and other stakeholders we aim to better understand what the future of work will look like, what opportunities it holds and what challenges we should be aware of.
