Ambit Equity is as group of like-minded people who share and implement ambitious, entrepreneurial visions. We work in partnership and on an equal footing with growth-oriented companies that need additional equity to realize their strategic goals. We offer solutions for various entrepreneurial challenges, e.g. succession, change of control, funding for organic and inorganic growth. In most cases, we aim to acquire the majority of the company shares in the course of the participation and contribute strategically. In some cases, a strong minority position is also possible. We act as a sparring partners (usually through active advisory board positions) to define and implement strategic objectives together with entrepreneurs and executives and to unlock hidden or unrealized value within the company.
