Bootcamp UK (BCUK) specialise in Outdoor Military style training. We aim to push you that one step further in order to reach those goals which seemed so distant in the beginning. All of our fitness classes take place outdoors in parks and other similar public places, the classes run throughout the year no matter the weather. Each class lasts for 1 hour and includes a specific warm up and cool down.
