Paradisos del Sol Winery

Come Taste Paradise! We are a small family winery with a dual focus - wines that bring pleasure to the palate and are grown and made with concern for the environment. We farm using natural methods, no synthetic pesticides. We maintain areas of natural vegetation to host predatory insects and birds. We drink more of our wine than anyone else so we want it to be pure and natural and tasty! Beginning in 2002 all wines is bottled in clear glass so the bottles will go to recycling rather than landfill. Raised as an organic gardener, Paul’s focus is holistic, wholesome, and healthful wines. Wines that make music in the glass, wines that sing of where they were grown, wines of distinction, wines that you can afford to drink! If it doesn’t delight it doesn’t go into our bottles. Paradisos uses traditional methods to transform our grapes into distinctive wines. The majority of our wines spend considerable time in barrels. Our wines are often unusual styles in the American marketplace, such as our dry barrel-fermented and barrel-aged Rosé Paradiso. Our wines are made slowly, given that magic ingredient of time. Slow wine for slow food with kith and kin. Currently available are Rosé Paradiso, Oyster White, Riesling, Under 10 Buck Red, Paradisos Red, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zort, and Angelica MRS, served with tiny bits of food--Sip, Sip, Bite, Sip! We promise a unique experience and guarantee our wine. Our wines are only available through our tasting room, open daily, year round, 11-6.
