ConsiderateConferenceCallingSystem.com - C3.chat Audio and Video Conferencing System C3.chat was designed to help everyone be aware of time, individual contributions, and the engagement of participants. C3.chat presents a suite of novel agents with Chrome Browser to deliver an improved conferencing experience. The agents are based on and improvements to validated AI approaches for using considerate technology. The system simply runs in a Chrome browser on a Mac, PC, or Android system. A tiny extension is loaded if screen sharing or saving others' contacts is desired. When using video, a timeline focuses the participants on elapsed time in a meeting and shows how long and how often different participants spoke. The timeline also shows when someone sent a message to others in the meeting, when a participant is focused on another window on their screen, and when someone marked a specific thing said (a commitment, idea, etc.) so everyone could consider it for later. The system has audio indicators that make people aware of a loud noise that is coming from their individual environments (TV, a barking dog, etc.). It makes people aware of when they are being dominant or speaking over others. In collaborative meetings, it makes people aware of when they haven’t been contributing. When on an Android moving in a car, the video is turned off; if there is no camera, an audio-only conversation has additional agents. They make people aware of who is entering the meeting, who has left, and who is talking. Studies of each of the CCCS agent support techniques demonstrate statistical improvements in meetings.
