In the beginning there was wine, and a father and his son. The year 2020 sounded for the father as the moment to join his son in his passion. They decided together to taste the pleasures of the Pif (French slang for nose as well as for wine :-). They lived happily and had many many Pif bottles. Pif à Papa is an organic, cool and family wine. First urban wine producer in the west of Paris to offer you a different organic wine every month. All the grapes are entirely vinified in our Courbevoie urban winery, walking distance from the La Défense business area. The grapes come from the Loire Valley from three great winegrowers with whom we work jointly all year round on the selection of the plots, the monitoring of maturity, and the harvest. We transport the grapes ourselves in small crates to our winery in Courbevoie, using refrigerated trucks in order to preserve their quality.
