East Metro Integration District (EMID) is a collaborative of 10 area school districts that have united to address the educational issues resulting from dramatic demograhpic changes and inequities. Through EMID, nine suburban districts partner with St. Paul Public Schools to provide culturally responsive learning opportunties that enable all students to participate fully in the social, economic, and democratic lives of their communities. Our member districts are Inver Grove Heights Community Schools, Mahtomedia Public Schools, Roseville Area Schools, St. Paul Public Schools, South St. Paul Public Schools, South Washington County Schools, Spring Lake Park Schools, Stillwater Area Schools, West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School District and White Bear Lake Area Schools.
