Snake Creek Consulting, L.L.C. is an agile consulting firm serving small businesses and nonprofit organizations in the Intermountain West with a focus on outdoor recreation and outdoor retail, guiding and outfitting, land conservation, and trail development and management. By providing each client with a holistic consulting approach Snake Creek Consulting, L.L.C. aims to serve its clients from concept, through implementation, and on to success. Snake Creek Consulting, L.L.C. was founded by Scott House in September of 2020. Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the outdoor recreation/retail and hospitality industries as well as serving multiple nonprofit organizations in that time. Through his diverse experience, continued education, and leadership training, Scott has been able to build a skill set and knowledge base that covers everything from high level planning and goal development down to ground level operations. This skill set and knowledge base includes marketing (traditional and digital), communications, community/public relations, operational and risk management, program and event development/management, employee development and retention strategies and more.
