Our major task is develope and manteinance of our web application - named simonlib - the first integrated software wich helps public and private libraries also public administration, to monitoring, evaluating and comparing their quality performance. Another important task is help organizations to build a quality assurance system with the goal to transform the monitoring process as a continuous process and not alone, an annual task.
