The Soft Skills Training unit of the institute focuses on imparting interpersonal skills that will empower individuals to manage diverse professional and social situations effectively. ILLST faculty members are experienced professionals in the field of education and corporate training with a combined experience of over 20 years. The teaching methodology makes use of audio-visual teaching aids, case-studies, mock sessions and printed course materials. The main aim is to instill confidence in the participants to ably present and communicate in all walks of their life.
