This training and exam are current with the 2017 Food Code, as required by regulatory agencies. You can study at your own pace from your own location or restaurant, and schedule your proctored exam when you are ready- no travel required, no contact necessary- and you can stay safe. The training can be completed at your own pace, and takes between 6 to 8 hours, depending on knowledge and study level.
