Laramie Investments is a boutique commercial real estate development firm focused on retail, storage and land development in the Southern United States. In order to develop or repurpose sites into the highest and best use, we use market knowledge as well as leverage relationships with our network of brokers and real estate managers. We constantly search out residential and commercial growth areas to find potential fits for new product, often on seemingly unavailable or non-marketed sites. Laramie was started by principals Coy Haynes and Garrett Inman. We have over 30 years of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry, and we continue to use that experience coupled with our select relationships to identify and create unique investment opportunities.
