Wessem Port Services Group (WPS Group) is a subsidiary of Wessem Holding BV, which was established in 1968. The WPS Group's core business is port operations and logistics. We have 5 privately held inland ports for bulk products and containers in Holland and Belgium just between the North Sea ports and the European 'Hinterland'. The organisation focuses on storage, transshipment and processing of both bulk and break bulk goods, containers and their transport by ship, lorries or railway. The company operates in several business sectors, the chemical, (road) building, paper, recycling, ceramic and agricultural industries in particular. Through the years, the WPS Group has evolved into an all-round, pioneering, innovative logistics service provider, serving as the home port for many well known established industrial companies in the immediate surroundings as well as much further away.
