Principal Engineer and owner responsible for the recruitment, layout, design and scheduling of multiple projects. Focus on structural condition assessment of existing structures as well as design/renovation of custom residential and light commercial structures. Provide review of steel fabricator shop drawings and construction field observation/troubleshooting. Continued experience in the design and engineering of heavy timber/log structures as well as reinforced concrete, masonry, ASD steel, shallow/deep foundations and earth retaining structures.
