We Captivate. We Empower. We Connect. Youth Lifeline America is a non-profit organization founded by 8-year NFL Veteran and Super Bowl Champion, Roland Williams. Its objective is to harness the powerful influence of athletes and entertainers to teach the fundamentals of career development, computer competency, conflict resolution, diversity training, esteem development, financial literacy, drug prevention, gang violence, leadership, and team building to youth across America. The foundation provides year round mentorship, resources and incentives to motivate youth to retain, utilize and pass on life skills throughtout thier community. while also collaborating with numerous youth serving organizations to promote their program offerings and enhance their services.
