In 2019, Arctaris launched its 5th fund, the Arctaris Opportunity Zone Fund 2019, LLC, which received significant allocation and principal guarantees from the Kresge Foundation, the State of Maine, and other government economic development agency partners. And in 2020, Arctaris launched its 6th fund, the Arctaris Opportunity Zone Fund 2020, LLC, which builds on the success of the 2019 Opportunity Zone Fund in underserved communities throughout the U.S.
