His activities include schematic designs, master plans, site plans, construction documents, permitting, specifications, coordination with consultants and contractors, and project supervision. Chris Keyes has 15+years of experience in Architectural Design & Project Planning for Commercial/Retail and Residential Projects. Responsibilities include Project Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Code Research, Discipline Coordination, Construction Documentation, Specification and Material Research, and Construction Observation.
