Linkage is a registered charity which provides high-quality, independent specialist further education, care and employment services to enable people with learning difficulties and other disabilities, to realise their full potential. Linkage was established in 1976 and owes its origins to the recognition that, for many people with varying degrees of learning difficulty, there is a shortage of appropriate support for them to lead creative and purposeful lives in the community. The charity operates a specialist further education college at sites in Lincoln, Grimsby, Toynton All Saints near Spilsby and in Lincoln; an Adult training day service at sites across greater Lincolnshire; operates 24 Care Homes and 2 community support branches and is landlord to over 80 clients and also operates a number of charity shops, enterprises and cafes across Greater Lincolnshire and beyond.
