We have C-Level executives that have been apart of fortune 500 companies and non-executive advisors that have been involved in billions of dollars worth of M&A transactions. While we do focus on EBITDA for financing purposes we also look for companies that actually have a unique product/service that simply needs a good go-to-market strategy in order to accelerate it's growth. We also do this by looking for ways in which we can expand into new emerging markets while developing the service and/or product & technology.
