Military Exercise Support: Assisting the Military to work in a more comprehensive approach by helping them to understand the mandate and roles of all the various actors in stabilisation, peace support, and disaster relief operations. We can do this by providing: a. Senior key leader engagement b. Planning support for exercises c. Realistic scripting of injects for exercises d. Subject Matter Experts to role play in exercises (White Cells) e. Civilian Advisers to support the Command Group 2. Civil Military Coordination: Promoting a greater understand, from a humanitarian perspective, of the issues that arise when the military participate in disaster relief operations. We can do this by providing: a. Experts with recent field experience in Civil Military coordination in disaster relief operations b. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on the Oslo guidelines and other internationally recognised guidelines established to facilitate better civil military coordination. 3. Disaster Relief Operational Support: Working with Governments, the United Nations and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to improve disaster relief operations around the world. We can do this by providing: a. Disaster response experts b. Training c. Access to a worldwide network of disaster response expertise
