This training teaches providers how to create safe spaces, enabling patients to get the medical care they need. We enable employers to give their diverse employees an innovative DEI solution. Impact: We’re solving a very real problem for millions of people, many of whom are chronically underserved. Our inclusive telehealth community democratizes care, cures systemic inequities, and makes patients the superheroes of their own healthcare stories. Background: equalityMD started as a LGBTQ+ multimedia/marketing company, Q Media (2015), which became a LGBTQ+ consumer behavioral data analytics company, Equality Rewards (2019). After going through a national tech accelerator (Lighthouse Labs) and launching a MVP, COVID-19 hit. Upon assessing the historical and systemic healthcare inequities laid bare by the pandemic, Justin Ayars transformed Equality Rewards into equalityMD (2020) to bridge glaring healthcare & data gaps.
