Long Way Entertainment was established in 2019 by Brisbane-based creative Lauren Pollock as a new opportunity to refocus her drive and let off some inspirational steam. Joining forces with fellow creative Ellouise Ashford – the two met in 2017 during a trip to Los Angeles. Knowing the many different directions their creative careers could take, and understanding the hard work and dedication needed on this seemingly less-travelled road, they decided to take matters into their own hands. Inspired by Lauren’s grandmother – Margaret Long – who always taught the importance of imagination, Long Way Entertainment was formed. What started as wanting a space to create whatever content tickled their fancy, quickly turned into an opportunity to work, and learn with other passionate creatives. Long Way Entertainment exists as a safe space for passion, discussion, learning, and creation – we want to help empower and elevate creatives from all avenues of the entertainment industry. Collaboration is an important part of our content creation process. We are dedicated to growing our network of collaborators – bringing in new creatives to work with on every new project.
