We do this by connecting young people to forward-thinking employers through recruitment, careers support and social mobility projects. Recruitment We help employers to close skills gaps by recruiting junior talent based on attitude. We help you look further than connections, prior experience and qualifications to find great candidates with the potential to succeed. Careers We bring passionate employers into schools to talk about work and inspire young people to explore their career options. We also provide real careers advice, based on labour market intelligence and our daily recruitment activity. Social mobility projects We are comissioned by government departments, charities and training providers to run projects and pilots that connect young people with employers and create fairer routes into work. This includes Kickstart gateway services, T Level brokerage, a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Pilot, resource creation and signposting young people to courses that lead to jobs.
