What makes up the Compass Community? Compass Community comprises of four children’s services; our well established Fostering and Residential services. Our Education service and our latest project, PSB Intervention. Our Fostering service is made up of 5 regions; North, Central, London, South and Wales, with 14 local offices which provide support and training to our foster carers. Compass Children’s Homes is one of the most successful independent children’s services provider in the country, we give young people the opportunity to encounter normal, ordinary experiences to provide them with the building blocks to reach developmental milestones they need for everyday life.
