MedGlobal is an international nonprofit organization providing health and medical services to the world's most vulnerable populations. Our culturally diverse network of donors and volunteers (doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals) support local communities and other relief organizations to provide innovative, sustainable, and dignified healthcare. We have ongoing missions in Bangladesh, Yemen, and Colombia. History MedGlobal was founded in June 2017 by doctors experienced in emergency health services to address humanitarian crises and people impacted by natural disaster, displacement due to conflict, disease outbreak, poverty, or insufficient healthcare. Our board is comprised of an international group of experienced women and men with knowledge of what it takes to bring medical care to war zones and disaster areas. In our first six months, we sent missions to Bangladesh, Puerto Rico and Yemen. This year we plan to send medical missions or support medical programs across the world, particularly in areas in need of immediate healthcare or impacted by disaster.
