We believe curiosity and creativity are broken in business today. Real innovation – the kind that saves lives, solves complex business problems, and ignites global change, is only possible when we have the right mindset and methods to manifest it. 

Despite how far technology has come, these more “human-centric” tools, however, continue to be in short supply. We know this better than anyone, because we’ve been there ourselves. We’ve been put in silos. We’ve worked for (and with) others who’ve limited their potentional because of the past. We’ve struggled to find our own sources of inspiration in a sea of sameness. But it doesn’t have to be that way. 
 Through ThinkFWD we've made it our mission to build a community and curriculum to help others like us, wherever they’re at in their journey, personally or professionally, so they can lean into their curiosities, activate their creativity, and become a true catalyst for change within their own teams or social circles.
