We Hire Refugees is a business-led initiative launched in partnership with the nonprofit Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization in Portland. The goal is encourage businesses of all sizes to declare their support for refugees, that refugees strengthen our businesses and communities. It's designed to affirm and complement the work that nonprofits and faith-based organizations have long been doing to help refugees in the U.S.
