ILINIZA INVESTMENTS, LLC invested in South Florida’s real estate market through OPTIMUS ENTERPRISES, LLC. During the period 2017-2018, Optimus Enterprises LLC remodeled and sold a house in Miami Gardens, remodeled and sold an apartment in Homestead, and purchased, remodeled and sold a house in The Crossings, Miami. Currently, Optimus is in the process of finishing the remodeling of a property to sell in Homestead and it is also administrating the lease of another apartment in the same city. Optimus Enterprises is on the search of at least three new properties with the purpose of remodeling, selling and or temporarily renting the properties for a profit.
