Astrale GEIE is responsible for the monitoring of LIFE III and LIFE+ projects within and outside the European Union. The contract started in July 2005 and it is expected to go on until the end of 2012. Astrale GEIE joins 10 companies spread across Europe, enabling the consortium to make the best use of its resources, and to provide expertise combined with local knowledge and the necessary language skills. A sophisticated series of management tool allows for efficient management of a network of 80 experts scattered in 30 countries and constantly involved in field activities resulting in some 800 field missions and reports per year.
