Personal training, group fitness and nutrition coaching with the aim of helping my clients feel fitter, stronger and more empowered both physically and mentally. Having spent the first 10 years of my working life sitting at a desk far too much as a marketing manager in construction, I understand the impact that fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing make on the quality of life. I now work with individuals, groups and also in corporate wellness to help people identify and reach their health, wellbeing and fitness goals. I do this both in person and also online. I am also a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and a qualified Pre- & Postnatal Coach.
