Get Live Entertainment is a Media, Music & Entertainment company based out of Columbus, Ohio, United States. Founded by the late Michael Williams in the mid 2010s, and Ryan Hamilton aka Nino Dollar (who fully took over operations after his passing in 2013), two childhood best friends from the same neighborhood. What started as just a hobby of two friends recording mixtapes in their friends attic, turned into dream/passion and a way to make it out of their tough south side neighborhood. After gaining local success, earning some plays on the local radio, the two friends knew they were more than just neighborhood stars. Being from a city like Columbus, there is little to no market for local artists or music development in general, and no real opportunity so it’s easy to drowned out eventually through all the noise. Mikey spent a majority of their late teens and early 20’s in Prison. Nino, on the other hand walked a very thin line, getting 3 years probation for a drug trafficking charge in 2009, avoiding jail time. In May 2013, when his term was up, his Probation officer violated him, asking him to turn himself in. After being compliant with his probation officer, and then getting violated a week prior to the end of his term, left a bad taste in his mouth. What started as a wait for his sons birthday party until he turned himself in turned into almost 4 years on the run. This is when he started work on his first Solo mixtape, hence the title, “JUDGED BY 12”. Five months later, in October 2013, Mikey was found and pronounced dead after apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds. His death was ruled a Suicide. From that moment Nino vowed to keep his best friends legacy alive and finish what they started. “RIP to Trey Five (35)” says Nino. “. That was his nickname, Trey 5, or we just call him 3.
