I run a small boutique bakery operation out of the licensed commercial kitchen located in the Church of the Ascension. I sell a whole range of products including sourdough, yeast and quick breads; cookies, brownies, small cakes, cheesecakes and focaccia. I am a food artist and use edible flowers on cakes and cheesecakes to create memorable impressions. I mostly buy my flour from farmers in the Northeast Grainshed.
