We are the largest section of the International Society of Automation. Our activities are focused on providing the automation community with a forum for obtaining the latest technical information, developing careers, and creating opportunities to be the very best in the field of automation. The Houston Section is approximately 1,500 members strong. Chartered on March 16th, 1948, we are also one of the oldest! The Houston Section serves its members by providing continuous education through our monthly meetings, instruction lead training classes, facilitating a PE Study Group, hosting networking events and furnishing student scholarships for those who are studying to join the automation industry.
