MVP is a non-profit organization and movement that aims to create righteousness, equity, and action to ensure the lives of Black and other people of color are enhanced. We will be an instrument of change, a vehicle for opportunities, a gateway for success, an inspiration to persevere, and a hope for the future. Our personalized platform will leverage our expansive network of executives across industries and disciplines to help young Black and people of color prepare for their future, progress to new heights, and eventually prosper. We will do this by providing practical help, support, and access to opportunities and professionals to help them build skills. We hope our young candidates will become an inspiration of success and advocate for others in their community.
