I believe that the more self aware we are, and the more willing we are to reflect upon how we work and why, the more effective we will be as leaders. - I offer 1:1 executive coaching packages to work with senior individuals in depth. - I run group programmes for marketing and comms leaders - I deliver workshops on leadership development topics including Internal Influencing, Building Self-Confidence and Managing Change I can also work with teams and groups, exploring ways to work together more effectively or to tackle tricky projects. I can facilitate bespoke away days and workshops on a range of topics. My coaching style is positive and down to earth. I have experience of working with a range of tools and approaches, and will adapt these to individual preferences. I spent 15 years working in senior roles, up to and including Executive Director, in complex and ever-changing environments. I have a deep understanding of the issues facing leaders and work in an open and collaborative way to explore these.
