Initially providing only shared web hosting, Positive Internet has grown its portolio of services to include dedicated and managed Linux servers. It won the Best Linux/Open Source ISP/Internet Host at the 2006 Linux and Open Source Awards. Some notable hosted sites: In February 2006 Positive Internet hosted the Ricky Gervais Show podcast, which was officially recognised by The Guinness Book of Records as the most downloaded show. The company supports a number of free software projects, including the hosting of a Debian distribution mirror, Richard Stallman's website, and the British Film Institute. In July 2007 they became host to science journalist Ben Goldacre's popular website, Bad Science.
