The Klar Leadership Academy is all about creating the next generation of exceptional leaders who will carry on the COBI and University of Toledo legacy of leaders who are changing the world. To expand and accelerate the development of the leadership acumen and talents of a select cadre of outstanding undergraduate students from the College of Business and Innovation and all University of Toledo Undergraduate Colleges. This is a pan-academic effort with the goal of increasing each Academy member’s career success, ability to lead and influence others to impact the world for good, and help each member capture a “personal vision” as to what they can do to improve the human condition! Founded in 2015 by alumnus Steven Klar, the Klar Leadership Academy is an organization at The University of Toledo made up of exceptional undergraduate students across every college on campus.
