As part of a global network of Process Consultants, TPS built its core team early in 2003 sharing the idea of People Development in the group and team of different organizations. Our consultants started to serve our first lot of MNC clients on OD projects. With the emerging needs and the shifting roles, we reformed the team in 2013 under the name of TeamPlus Solutions (TPS in short). Our consultant team helps the clients in the development of different Natural Teams via diagnosing the team of psychometric and behavioral tools, building Common Language in the transformation and innovation, resetting Leadership Style, enhancing Change Management , and unlocking the team potential with different approaches of intervention.
