Our mission is to enable home owners and business owners to install solar power on their buildings, even if their roofs don't lend themselves to solar panels The inspiration for Solar Awnings came from many of the beautiful Bahama style awnings observed in South Florida. We researched existing solar awning solutions and discovered that they lost their efficiency once mounted on a house with a roof overhang shading part of the solar panels. This is why we we invented our patent pending solar tracking geometry.
