The Group is composed of business units focused on special activities FERLEGNO (producing furniture, movable walls, custom ceilings) COIVER CONTRACT (Milan) & COIVER CENTRO (Rome) (producing dry building systems interior finishes), COIVER SIGN & COLOR (producing custom wayfinding, signage, integrated custom furniture and realizing thermal insulation coatings and paintings) and COIVER CLADDING (engineering/producing ventilated facades, curtain walls, glazings, metal ceilings/claddings) that normally co-operate in synergy with our general contracting division in high level finishes projects. COIVER CONTRACT is the leading company of the Group whereas FERLEGNO is the eldest one since it was founded in the 1966. In the origin named only “COIVER” – is the first company incorporated in the 1977 by the founder Mr. LORENZO DI BARTOLO (who is still the Chairman of the companies Board Of Directors). The Group, notwithstanding the above turnover, is still a “family group” and can boast the participation in the shareholdings of MR. GIANMARIA DI BARTOLO (eldest son of the founder) and MR. ENRICO MARIA DI BARTOLO (the yoingest son of the founder) and of more then 30 partners (originally “simply” employees of the above business units). The staff of the group, considering the vision of the founder and ist sons, is composed of experienced people, mainly formed by the group from the beginning.
