O group is the partnership that brings together Findstaff.biz, NGT Tasmania, Business & Employment, CHOOSE Employment, Business Mentor Services Tasmania and Developing Potential Australia. First formed in 2007 the O group’s origins date back to 1990 when Business Enterprise Centre Mersey. Inc. (BEC) first opened it’s doors in Devonport,Tasmania. Today the group comprises four business units across nine offices throughout Tasmania. BEC become known as Business & Employment and Findstaff.biz was added in 2005. NGT Tasmania and CHOOSE Employment were acquired in 2006, Business Mentor Services Tasmania in 2008 and Developing Potential Australia in 2009.
